📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our items are often hand-assembled or made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. Once shipped, standard delivery to the US typically takes 8-12 business days. We know waiting is hard, but we promise our vintage journals are worth the wait!
Q: Where do you ship from?
We are an independent stationery studio. To keep our handcrafted items affordable and maintain our unique selection of materials, we ship directly from our workshop in Asia. We use reliable international express lines to ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Q: How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package status directly on our website under the "Track Your Order" menu.
🛒 Orders & Changes
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but please act fast! We process orders quickly. If you need to change your address, please email us at info@realmemade.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Note: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Oh no! First, please check your Spam/Junk folder (sometimes our emails like to hide there). If you still can't find it, you might have entered a typo in your email address. Just contact us, and we'll look it up for you!
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We pack every order with extra care, but accidents happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please do not worry. Just take a photo and email it to info@realmemade.com. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You won't need to pay to ship it back.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, we want you to love your journal! If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to start the return process.
📒 About Our Products
Q: Are your journals really handmade?
Yes! unlike mass-produced stationery, many of our products (especially our lace and fabric covers) are hand-finished in our studio. This means every piece might have very slight variations, making your journal truly one-of-a-kind.
Q: Can I suggest a new design?
Absolutely! We love hearing from our community. If you have a dream journal style or a specific color you'd love to see, let us know. Some of our best products came from customer ideas!
